His Journey
Mashabela began his career as a town planning technician in the former Lebowa Homeland Government and later advanced through the Limpopo Provincial Government, where he rose to the position of Deputy Chief Town and Regional Planner. His extensive work in municipal planning and economic development led him to become a Director and Senior Manager in various municipalities, overseeing large-scale planning projects.
